Garnish

The Cocktail Garnish is an important part of any cocktail or mocktail.  You drink with your eyes first, so your drink must look beautiful and finished.  Garnishes can elevate your cocktail by appealing to the eyes, by adding scent and of course flavor!  When you add dehydrated citrus - the fruit rehydrates in your cocktail adding flavor and scent.  It's gorgeous all the way around!  All garnishes are made in small batches by hand, by me.
