Because we sell food products, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, we will work with you to resolve the issue and answer any questions and concerns you might have.

Our orders process in 24-36 hours. We don't ship over the weekends. We generally ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

We generally do not ship internationals. The exceptions are to Canada and to Military FPO.

Absolutely! We do it all of the time. Hail M cocktail tea bags are made to be switched up - we give you suggestions, but you know what you like. So switch it up! BTW - they are amazing in your water bottle! They will flavor your water all day, with a hint of fruit and NO SUGAR.

It could not be easier! The hardest part is waiting for the 5-10 mins. of infusion. The longer you wait - the more flavor you get.

You just drop in the spirit or water of your choice.

You don't need to heat or add extra water.

You don't need to shake or stir.

Just add ice and your favorite mixer.

Drink with the bag in your cocktail (we do) or remove it - it's up to you.

Please make sure you check each listing. Depending your product you may get 1, 3, 5 or 6 infusions.

Hail M Cocktail Infusions are air dried. If you store them in a cool, dark and dry place - or use the re-sealable pouch, they will last you over a year.
