Mole is one of the most complex and personal sauces developed in cooking.  These bitters are complex with deep dark chocolate, chile, herbs and the sweet balance of orange.  They are the perfect compliment to any Mezcal - especially in a Oaxacan Old Fashioned.   All Bitters are small batch and made by hand by Mary.
