Guavas season in Southern California is January - February. It goes so fast and I am always so sad to see it go. One of the ways I make sure to enjoy them year round is by making delicious Guava Bitters. The sweet and sour with notes of lime citrus. Fantastic in Tiki and Margaritas - but my favorite way to enjoy them is with Tequila on the rocks. All Bitters are small batch and made by hand by Mary.
